My Employee cannot "reset" his password to his Workforce. Unfortunately, he owns a new phone with a new phone number... so when he resets, whatever phone number he entered when signing up with Workforce is either useless, or the reset link is being given to an unauthorized person who now has that phone number.
There is no "Revoke Access" on the Payroll/Employee/Personal window on my QB desktop, nor are they located on the other tabs.
I am also unable to "Reinvite" to reset my Employee's access to his Workforce on the iCloud Services like I used to a year ago.
Thanks for taking the time to post here, @sherylc,
Don't worry, we can get the employee access his account again.
If the employee is no longer possess the phone number used for his Workforce account, I recommend contacting our Payroll Team. They can reset the a W-2 employees access so he can create a new one.

None of these "solutions" work. I worked on it in my office for 45-60 minutes, then called support - waited 40 minutes for service - and got no help after 45 more minutes of support. My employee has a new phone number and cannot access his account.
Does your employee have gmail? If so, have them change their phone number on their google account. I have had employees do this, and it worked for them. Good luck!
