Welcome to the Community, @lpalomino216. I'm sharing with you a few insights about the processing and the cut-off time for QuickBooks Online direct deposit. 

All approved and submitted payroll a day before the pay date on or before 5:00 PM PT will be processed and debit your account on the same day.

Hence, your employee will receive the funds the next day. Just ensure you have enough funds in your account to cover the payroll on the day it’s submitted.
