LoT No, Expiry Date and Discount

QuickBooks Online doesn't have dedicated columns for lot numbers, expiry dates, and discounts. However, you can share these details with your customers by setting up a custom field or using the Description column.

When creating custom fields for lot numbers and expiry dates, note that they will appear at the top of the entry and apply to the entire transaction, not to individual products. To track different details for each item, it's best to enter them directly into the Description column.

As for the discounts, you can create a specific line item with a negative rate. Then, apply it to the individual product or service.
