It's a pleasure to see you in Community. Welcome! QuickBooks Online enables you to transfer funds between accounts effortlessly. When options are missing, it can be due to unexpected behavior caused by browser issues.
If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing the cache on your browser. In addition, I recommend trying another browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, or a private/incognito window.
