I have Profile version 2022.2.0 and tried the AFR today for 2022-I connected to the CRA, then a pop-up box showed up, saying, "CRA Data Import. Ready to import data into Profile"--and I waited, waited, waited... eventually had to cancel. However, I was successfully able to manually retrieve clients' slips through "Represent a Client".
Thanks Jack. I too can get onto CRA's system and pull slips.
My issue is that I pay for a program in order to make my life easier.
This is not making it easier.
CRA rep I spoke with Feb 6th said there were technical issues they are working on. CRA's timing is crud.
I am still trying to import the AFR with Profile. CRA says it is ready but Profile not importing>Please help with this issue.
I am able to sign into CRA. Tells me auto fill is ready but then Profile is not importing the 2022 tax information for the tax tiles. Please tell me if this is a Profile issue or CRA issue.
It is a Profile issue according to their Notification Centre (see bell on toolbar).
This was the reason for my original post.
Are we to wait for Profile to fix this issue? I didn't see any notifications for any updates, etc.
According to the Notification Centre yes. Date given = "before Feb 20".
Thank you for your response.
Hi,
Just to add, allowed prior year AFR is available in ProFile 2022.2.5. With the release of ProFile 2022.3.0, AFR for 2022 T1 will be available also. As mentioned, ProFile 2022.3.0 will be released before February 20
