Is anyone else seeing issues with the banking integration where transactions are dumping in as duplicates and the matching functionality not working?

Welcome to the Community. It's essential to access your banking transactions to keep your books up to date. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help.

This type of issue can be caused by browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning effectively. I encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete some browser troubleshooting.

I am seeing the same thing. Deposits coming through as an expense but yet the bank balance shows correct. This prevents me from matching invoices to payments as well. Did you try the suggestion below? Does it work?
