Anybody gets this error while trying to memorize ITEM PRICE LIST REPORT?
I am currently on Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions 24 Desktop Version
moved from QB Desktop Premier UK. So had to manually add all items and customers and other attributes.
Once i did, now i am unable to memorize my item price list.
i have a total of 350 products +- and the error message tells me i may have too many.
Been a month. unable to find help because I live in THAILAND
I know manually adding all those items takes a lot of effort, and seeing an error now is a setback. This typically happens when report filters go over the memory limit for a memorized file.
Since you have about 350 items, you can solve this by reducing the number of active filters when running an Item price list report. Here's how:
Click on the filter you want to remove in the current filter choices column.
Select Remove selected filter.
Click OK, then save the memorized report again.
If you still need all of those specific filters, try creating and saving the report in smaller batches of items. Dividing the list into smaller groups will keep the file size manageable so you can save your progress.

Hi, Thank you for getting back so swiftly.
I have tried in every way possible. with or without filters.
it just doesnt seem to work. It would be extremely helpful if someone on your team could may be remotely check my issue so i can finally use a commonly used feature, price list, for my business. Would highly appreciate it.
Run the Verify Data utility. Any error messages?
