We have created a method of raising invoices from our phone billing (we sell IP phone systems etc) and are able to import them into Quickbooks Online. I'm trying to find an easy way of automating the sending of those invoices once within Quickbooks? Does anyone know a way of doing that?

Hello again, phil13.
Right now, the option to auto email imported invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. You'll need to send them manually.
While the feature you're looking for is unavailable, you may wish to consider looking for a third-party app. I can route you to the website where you can look for an application specific for your business needs. From there, you can integrate the app to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Additionally, I'd encourage you to visit our QuickBooks Blog, so you'll be updated, with our latest news and updates including, product improvements. Just go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/blog/.
On the other hand, if you have customers you invoice regularly, consider using the recurring transactions feature. You can set invoices to generate automatically and email it to your customers. For more details about this, see below articles:

Hello Phil13, Are these one-off invoices that you want to automate, and what is the method that you have created so we can look at a way to do that.
Hi Emma,
I have a database that kicks out the CSV needed to import into QB Online. It creates them perfectly, but obviously doesn't automatically send the invoices to the customer on email. Is there a route I can set so that any created invoice that hasn't been sent could just be send to our customers? Otherwise we will still have to go through every invoice and click on send.

Any update on this issue?
Hi Jmitchum, this is still no function to auto email invoices in QuickBooks Online, these would need to be batch sent after creating or importing from CSV.
