Good morning!
I am having an issue with bank transactions not coming through for a handful of accounts. Most work as expected but six (6 of 15) will not update and bring in current transactions. All accounts use the same credentials and are at the same bank. All are checking and were loading up until the 2nd and they all stopped. I unlinked and relinked but now I am stuck with 6 accounts that will not feed transactions into QBO.
Looking for suggestions on a fix...
Thanks in advance!
I am also having this problem, though it is only for one bank account. The rest are fine. I also tried what you did and I'm seeing that it has the right balance according to the bank website but no transactions since 5/31. Someone help!?!?
Hi there, BradCFN and GoinGaming.
Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. Let's perform some steps to make sure you're able to see the updated entries in QuickBooks Online. Beforehand, may I ask which financial institution isn't updating the entries? This way, we can check with our engineers if there are any reported issues similar to your banks.
For now, I'd suggest signing in to your bank’s website to check if the issue is on their end. There are times when transactions are stuck in an infinite load if your financial institution encounters server issues or has ongoing maintenance.
Here's how:
If you can sign in, it's a good sign that there isn't a major issue. Then, check the following:
Once everything looks good, you have to visit QuickBooks again and manually update your transaction. This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.
Lastly, you may refer to this article if you need help in categorizing your entries by matching or adding them to avoid double transactions: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
I've got your back if you have more questions about managing your banking transactions in QuickBooks Online. Take care and have a great day, GoinGaming and GoinGaming. Have a great day!
Anyone get a fix? I'm having the same issue
Hello there, Nicole.
Thanks for joining this conversation. I'm here to help ensure you can download your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
May I know what financial institution (FI) you've connected to QBO? Did you get any error messages? Any additional information will help me provide the best resolution.
In the meantime, aside from what my colleague ChristieAnn mentioned above, let's manually upload your bank transactions as a workaround. To do this, you'll need to download them from your bank's website first. Here's how:
After that, you can now proceed with uploading them to your QBO. You can refer to this article for the detailed steps on how to do it: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once everything is good, you'll need to review and categorize them. You can check out this article for the detailed steps on how to do it: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Moreover, I'm adding this article that tackles reconciliation to ensure your account is balanced and accurate: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
Please leave a comment below if you have more questions about this or anything else. I'm more than willing to assist. Stay safe.
Same thing happening to me. No new transactions for a month yet the update connects with my bank.

I'll help you update your bank account in QuickBooks Online.
Since your Wings Financial Credit Union account is not updating, you can do it manually first.
Here's how:
Then, check your bank or credit card's website. Make sure to get the URL QuickBooks uses to connect.
You can sign in if there isn't a major issue, go back to QuickBooks, and update manually.
Here is an article you can refer to for the detailed steps: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online. It also contains links to fix specific download errors.
If you have the same issue, you can manually upload your transactions. Refer to this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have questions about downloading transactions. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
Update on this process. I opened a ticket (INV-89369) on the 23rd but have no update as of yet. As the immediate QB response is do it manually, which is what I am doing daily. It only takes an 30-60 minutes each morning with the number of Wells Fargo accounts being used.
I just unlinked and reconnected the accounts and now I have two that auto update and 13 that do not. I still get no error messages, only that I am All caught up and all transactions are categorized. The only issue is that not all transactions are getting loaded unless I manually upload a file into each account.
Once I get an update from support/development on the fix, I will post it here.
Same thing here. No new transactions uploading to QB from my credit card sinc June 22, 2023. The account is connected and QB is showing the correct current balance for the credit card but there are no transactions and I can't reconcile the account because transactions are missing.
What should I do?
Thanks.
I finally got the account reconnected by deleting the connection and reconnecting it. It did not pull in all of the missing transaction, so I had to manually enter them.
Thanks! I did that a couple times and it seems to have worked on the second try.
