I got the point and see how beneficial to have another way to contact our support team aside from using the Help button.
If you haven't tried accessing your QuickBooks account in a private window, I'd recommend doing so. This helps us determine if it's the browser that is causing why the Help button is not working. To guide you further, please follow the steps below:
If it works fine and one of our team will reach out to you, we can clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Aside from that, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online.
Also, make sure to utilized the Help button during their available hours. This can be the reason why our specialist cannot call you back or message you.
To contact our specialist, we'll need to select the Help icon at the upper-right corner. Then, click Contact us and enter a brief description of your concern. If it persists, you can use our test drive to contact our specialist.
