Yes, I agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA. QuickBooks Desktop is different from QuickBooks Online version. QBDT is more traditional accounting software that you can download and install on your computer, while QBO is cloud-based accounting software you access through the internet. The two versions are independent, which means the data you enter on the Desktop don't sync to the Online version and vice-versa. Although, you can import your data files from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
