My accountant has sent me an Intuit Link invite several times, but we're unable to make it work. I keep attempting to accept it by logging into my Intuit account on the invite screen, but then it simply redirects me with the following message:
"If you’ve already been invited by your accountant, then sign out and sign in with the email address your accountant used to invite you.
You are currently signed in as: [email address removed]"
We have tried the following solutions so far:
Unfortunately, no matter what we try the problem persists and there does not appear to be an easy way for us to resolve this. Can anyone here please provide assistance on how best to fix this so I can accept the Intuit Link invite?
Thank you!
Before accepting the invitation from your accountant, ensure that the email address provided is not linked to any existing QuickBooks account, @christopherschwa. Let's explore your invitation acceptance concern in detail.
First, I acknowledge your proactive efforts in troubleshooting the issue. It is important to note that to avoid conflicts when accepting invitations, it is highly recommended to use an email that is not associated with any QuickBooks account as it will help you with seamless acceding invitations. With this, please provide your accountant with an unassociated email for hassle-free invite acceptance.
However, if the email you used isn't connected to any QuickBooks account, reach out to our Live Support team for further assistance. They have the expertise and tools to identify any discrepancies and help you resolve any concern with ease.

Hi Kaye,
I appreciate your quick response and want to ensure I update you whilst I still have you. As suggested, we just tried using a different email address not associated with any Intuit account, however this same issue is still occurring.

Thank you,
