Site Operation
by Intuit• Updated 2 years ago
The Site Operation tab allows you to turn on the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet and the Purchase Order Management Worksheet. You can also add a supported mobile scanner or Android phone for warehouse usage.
These worksheets provide a single location to view the status of all applicable orders.
Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet
The Sales Order Fulfillment worksheet allows the warehouse manager to see what sales orders are outstanding, as well as the current status of each sales order. It allows you to create picklists and either print them or send them to your mobile device (if being used). See Fulfill a Sales Order using Advanced Inventory.
Purchase Order Management Worksheet
The Purchase Order (PO) Progress worksheet allows the warehouse manager to see what was received, as well as any notes related to a particular PO after the receiving agent has transmitted the information back to QuickBooks Enterprise. See Use the Purchase Order Fulfillment worksheet.
To turn on this feature:
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Items and Inventory > Company Preferences.
- Select Advanced Inventory Settings, then the Site Operation tab.
- Under Enable Worksheet, check the box next to the feature you want to activate.
Add Device
To add a device, click Add and follow the steps. For specific steps, see Warehouse Manager App for Enterprise Solutions.
