I'm here to help you connect your account, userdrmike.
There are several factors why you're unable to connect to your bank and credit card account. Check out the pointers that I've listed below:
Your bank has multiple names on our list.
Your financial institution may not connect to all types of accounts.
Your bank may not be a participating financial institution.
To isolate the issue, please make sure that the name or link you've entered is correct. You can go to your bank’s website, then copy and paste the URL in the Enter your bank name or URL search box.
Alternatively, you can try connecting the other versions of your financial institution that are listed. Some banks have multiple names but choose to only release one website for connection to QuickBooks Online. Here's how to fo it:
Select Transactions or Banking from the sidebar menu.
Go to the Banking page, select Add Account.
Search for your financial institution and select it from the list.
Click the link for your bank's website.
Make sure you can access your account through this site.
If you can access your account successfully, sign out from your financial institution's website.
Go back and continue to add the account in QBO.
However, if you're still unable to connect your account, you can send a request to add your bank to the list by selecting the Request support for your bank button. Then, enter your bank's URL in the field provided and select Request.
Lastly, if you've encountered an error message upon adding your credit card account, I'd recommend posting it here. This way, we'll be able to help you further.
Feel welcome to reach out to me again with any questions you may have. I'll always have your back.
