There several ways on how to get help with your reconciliation issue. First, you can speak to one of our representatives. I'll quickly run through the steps to make this task a breeze.
For the new Help menu interface:
Click the (?) Help icon at the top.
Select the Talk to a human option, and then type it again when prompted.
Choose I still need a human, and thenproceed with Contact us.
When asked by the bot, enter your question or concern, like "I need help with reconciliation."
Click Let’s talk.
Select Get a call.The Start messaging option is another way to reach out to our support.
Please follow the on-screen prompts to proceed.

Enter a City or ZIP code on the search field, and then click Search.
Browse through the results and find one that works best for your business. You can click on each ProAdvisor's profile to learn more about them.
When you're ready, you can fill out the Send a message form to get in touch with one of them.
