I've got you covered with your reconciliation concern, @kim154.

There several ways on how to get help with your reconciliation issue. First, you can speak to one of our representatives. I'll quickly run through the steps to make this task a breeze.

For the new Help menu interface:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon at the top.
  2. Select the Talk to a human option, and then type it again when prompted.
  3. Choose I still need a human, and then proceed with Contact us.
  4. When asked by the bot, enter your question or concern, like "I need help with reconciliation."
  5. Click Let’s talk.
  6. Select Get a call. The Start messaging option is another way to reach out to our support.
  7. Please follow the on-screen prompts to proceed.

For the old Help menu, please refer to this article as your guide: Contact QuickBooks Online support. It also contains the support hours you can check to ensure they can assist you promptly.

Second, you can use our Find-a-ProAdvisor tool to look for an expert. They're independent QuickBooks-certified accounting professionals who can provide helpful insights about your concern.

Please follow along below to get this done right away:

  1. Go to this site: Find-a-ProAdvisor.
  2. In the Find an expert in section, choose Accounting and Bookkeeping.
  3. Enter a City or ZIP code on the search field, and then click Search.
  4. Browse through the results and find one that works best for your business. You can click on each ProAdvisor's profile to learn more about them.
  5. When you're ready, you can fill out the Send a message form to get in touch with one of them.

Lastly, you can add more details about your reconciliation issue here in the Community. This way, one of our experts or user will be able to share some tips you might find handy.

Meanwhile, I'll be adding this article for more reconciliation insights: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.

I'm always around to help if you have additional reconciliation concerns. I'll be eyeing out to your reply.
