Cannot add bank account, says browser needs updated.

Using a supported and up-to-date browser allows you to have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online. Make sure to update your default search engine to get around the message prompt when adding a bank account.

You can use the Browser Health Checkup Tool to see if your current browser is compatible with QBO. The program no longer supports older versions.

Once done performing the needed update, you can try adding your bank to automatically download recent transactions. See Connect bank and credit card accounts for reference.
