Has anyone had problem with not being able to see bank transactions on specific dates or weeks ?

Missing transactions are usually caused by temporary maintenance or connection disruptions at your bank. Since QuickBooks relies on their feed, you can contact them to check for any ongoing issues.

If everything is working on their end, refresh the connection by clicking the Update button on your Banking page. It’s also a good idea to check all your tabs to ensure the transactions weren't accidentally moved to the Excluded section.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank data so you can manage your paid invoices. Just a quick heads-up, those same transactions might download again automatically.  You’ll just want to keep an eye out to exclude any duplicates.
