I'll show you how you can reconcile your accounts in QuickBooks, @kingocolor.

Just like balancing your checkbook, you need to review your accounts in QuickBooks to make sure they match your real-life bank and credit card statements. Here are the steps to reconcile your accounts:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Reconcile. If you're reconciling for the first time, select Get Started first, and then Let's do it.
  2. From the Account drop-down menu, choose the account you want to reconcile.
  3. Check the Last statement ending date. Make sure your bank statement starts the day after your last reconciliation.
  4. Review the Beginning balance. Make sure the beginning balance in QuickBooks matches the one on your bank statement.
  5. Enter the Ending balance and Ending date as they're written on your bank statement.
  6. When you're ready to start, select Start reconciling.

For your second concern, if you're referring to taking a snapshot or picture of your deposited transactions, you can print the Deposit Detail report in QuickBooks. Just go to Reports and search for the Deposit Detail report. Once opened, click the Print icon beside the Export icon and select Print

In case you need to review or change your past reconciliation, you can run the Reconciliation Reports in QuickBooks. Just go to Reports and look for the Reconciliation Reports.

In addition, you can print or export your reconciliation reports if you need to share them.

If there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know. I'll be around to help you.
