Hello, @monteksys2018.

I can share some information so you'd be able to successfully reconcile your account in QuickBooks.

If this is your first time reconciling your bank account, you'd want to first review your account's opening balance. This way, you can ensure that it exactly matches the information from your bank's statement. Once completed, you can now start reconciling together with your bank statement handy.

Here's how:

  1.  Go to the Accounting menu.
  2. Choose Reconcile.
  3. Select the bank/credit card you’re working on.
  4. From the Actions column, click View Register.
  5. Click the Reconcile button.
  6. Enter the Ending balance and Ending date.
    • The data needs to match the balance of the actual bank data.
  7. Hit the Start reconciling button.
  8. Review the entries on the bank statement and look for the same data in the Reconciliation window.
  9. If they match, mark the box next to the amount.
  10. Select Finish now to complete.

You can read through this article for more detailed instructions in reconciling your account:  Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
