exporting data to QB Enterprise Desktop, reconciliation starts at last month but has no history of previous reconciliations.  How do I export this date?

Did you mean you recently exported your data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT)? If so, your account reconciliation status transfers automatically, but your past reconciliation reports and history do not. You can also refer to this article for more details: How data transfers from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.

Because these history reports do not move over, you cannot export your past reconciliation dates into your new file. Reconciled transactions from QBO show a bold checkmark in the Cleared column, and historically cleared transactions show a light checkmark.

To keep a record of your past reconciliations, log into your QBO account, run your previous reconciliation reports, and save them as PDFs. You can find more guidance here: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?

For your next reconciliation in QBDT, start by using the ending date and balance from your most recent bank statement.

Let us know if you meant something else by online export, and we'll be here to help.
