2026 July tax table

Are you receiving a specific error code or message when you try to run the update? Sometimes QuickBooks has already downloaded the update in the background. You can verify this by checking your current tax table version.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Employees menu.
2. Click My Payroll Service and select Tax Table Information.
3. Check the tax table version listed.
4. If your version shows 123343003, your tax table is already up to date.

If it shows an older version, please ensure your QuickBooks Desktop is updated to the latest release first, as this allows the system to pull the new tax tables.
