Thank you for reaching out to the Community, sas00. There are a few things that would cause this. It would be best to double-check that you are using the admin profile. Also, if you are unable to see the information the other user entered into the file, this indicates that two different company files are being used.

First, let's make sure you are using the Admin profile, follow these steps to confirm:

  1. Go to the Company tab.
  2. Select Users, then View Users.
  3. In the User List, check for (Admin)*(logged on).
  4. If that is next to your user name, you are using the correct profile and select Close once finished.

Once verified, looking at the audit trail would be the next step. The audit trail shows any changes that have been made to the account, the name of the user who made these changes, as well as, any transactions that have been entered. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Report tab.
  2. Select Account and Taxes.
  3. Choose Audit Trail.
  4. Add the data range and any additional changes if necessary.
  5. Select Refresh.

If you notice that the audit report may have inconsistencies according to your records, take the time to confirm that the information entered is not located in another company file.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing this problem. I will be around to assist you. Keep me posted.
