An employee contact report based on Dates worked.

Hi there, Michael68. I appreciate you taking the time to inquire about combining employee contact information with work dates in QuickBooks Desktop.

Currently, the program doesn't offer a single report that combines contact details with date-worked filters. Also, we don't have the option to customize the Employee Earnings Summary report to include address columns.

In the meantime, you can consider generating an Employee Contact List to see all the contact details for your employees, and the Employee Earnings Summary to access employees' work dates and earnings information.

Once done, cross-reference these reports to match the contact details with the work history. While it's not as convenient as a single report, it does provide all the necessary information.
