Did anyone have problems with direct deposit and payroll not posting?

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

If the issue persists, please reach out to support and provide them with the investigation number INV-58265. Let them know that you are impacted by the said issue so they can work with you in setting up a case to investigate. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help menu, then Contact Us. 
2. Enter direct deposit delay issue in the description box and click Let's talk.
3. Choose either Start a chat or Get a call. 
4. Complete the required information, then you'll route to the next available expert.
