I would like to know if you're referring to QuickBooks Self-Employed or QuickBooks Online? For QuickBooks Self-Employed, please refer to this link: Sign in with your Intuit account to use QuickBooks Self-Employed. 

For QuickBooks Online, please see this link: Sign in with QuickBooks Online. You just have to enter your registered credential account to login.
