How do you cancel this and automatic payroll?

I hate to hear you need to cancel your account, but also know that sometimes business needs change. Here's how to cancel both your payroll and QuickBooks Online subscriptions:

Payroll:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Account and Settings.

3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab.

4. Click the option to Cancel in the tile with Payroll plan info.

QBO:

After following steps 1-3 listed above, click the Cancel link in the tile with your QuickBooks plan details. Complete the following prompts to finish the cancellation.
