Need to run payroll

The steps to run payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is pretty easy. Before doing so, ensure that you already set up payroll. Refer to this article for further guidance: Get started with Payroll.

Once done, let's proceed on running payroll in QBO:

1. Go to the Workers menu at the left pane to get to the Employees page.
2. Click Run payroll at the top right, then choose a pay schedule.
3. Tick Continue, then the employees you want to pay.
4. Enter the correct bank account, pay period, pay date, and hours worked.
5. Tap Preview Payroll, then Submit payroll once ready.
