Intuit sent us W2s which are horizontal, 4-up to the page; and SSA confirms this is what they want. But this is not supported by Quickbooks Desktop 2019 (QB Enhanced Payroll for Accountants). Despite three calls of length varying from 1-3 hours, I cannot get anyone to confirm that there is an update coming that will support the 4-up forms. Any word on this?

There won't be any updates to QB to support new forms between now and when W-2's are due.

There is no need to print the W-2's on stock you order.

Instead, you can print them directly from QB on plain paper and then file them and give them to your employees.
