Where did the current(not archived yet) tax forms go

Forms that have not yet been archived is the process of preparing the tax forms. In QuickBooks Online, once you submit the tax forms, it'll be recorded in the View Archived Forms. 

When you submit tax forms, you can go to the Taxes menu and select the Payroll Tax tab. You can use this article for more details about filing tax forms in QuickBooks Online: Filing Quarterly Tax Forms.
