When i try to change , all the other areas are editable but the states are locked to only states in Uganda. Some one assist becuase this is affecting my taxes
I want to cancel my QB Online Global subscription that's free. I want to set up a QB USA subscription and can't do this until the Global one is canceled. There's no option available to connect to an expert unless it is a sales expert and the sales expert can't help. CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL.

what the hell is going on with qb, every day there's new changes and every time there's something not working, how the heck can I get in touch with qb, it just sucks. why can't I get a chat open with qb. can someone tell qb to just stop making changes if they're not ready for it or tell them that they try it out first before launching a new change. I'm sick and tired of this. this is beyond stupid

Failed to load PDF document.
For the past few months we are not receiving an OTP from QB on text or call. Because of this we are not able to add or delete new users or change our passwords putting our system and data more at risk. We have asked to receive the OTPs by email only but they have not agreed to this option. We have reported this issue to QB around a month ago and they have not been able to resolve the issue. Recently they have gone completely quite and are not responding back to our emails. Has anyone had a similar experience and if so how did you deal with it?

Unable to get transactions for 5 accounts
My bank transactions have not updated for 3 days now and I keep getting the error code 155. I tried the fix now option but that did not work. I tried to update manually but that does not work either. How can I fix this issue?
this only happens with payments which are transfers from td chequing
