My colleague and I work remotely although we use one Quickbooks account. Lately she has had to request for a confirmation code from me everytime she wants to login. This wasn't the case before - what changed? (I was the one who signed up for the Quickbooks account).

Good day I created a company on the online trial version, but when I needed to upgrade to a paid version I accidentally subscribed for a new company. Now I have a new company with non of my data and my canceled company has all my data.  How can I move my subscription to the trial company and delete the new one I created by accident?

Hi all,I have resubscribed my QB online and paid the subscription fee. However, I can't access my account. It shows a message saying - Thank you for your patience. We have received your request and will process your sign-up shortly.

Recently(After 1st July 2022) I created a free account for Quickbooks online for integration purposes and after login, I was not able to find the dashboard page. Any help will be highly appreciatable.

I'm trying to claim Admin access for our payroll account but am running into an issue. The account is for a branch of a national Union and I'm not sure which option to choose and which documents to provide. The person who used to run the account is no longer with the company and the domain for the email address he was using no longer exists. Has any one run into this before?

Does ANYONE know how to change account assess and primary user for the Desktop version when the old Accountant is no longer available due to serious head injury and dementia?  I have spent so much time on the phone with no results.  Please, Please Please help me.  My client is being audited by IRS and is facing huge penalties and taxes because can't provide documents.  Thank you.

Bonjour,Nos factures sont établies par notre site web vente en gros, nous souhaitons imputer directement la vente dans le journal des ventes et télécharger la facture de notre site web comme pièces jointe à l'écriture, qui est la pièce comptable officiel que reçoit notre client. Donc pour être claire, comme beaucoup de logiciel de comptabilité nous souhaiterions imputer nos ventes sans passer par le système de facturation de quickbooks. Cela est-il possible ? Merci
