I opened Quickbook on chrome browser and it work very slowelt and my task manager and my device is normal

Also, please know that while QuickBooks operates through a web browser, it still needs a fast internet connection and a good computer to run without slowing down.

 

To improve it's performance, let's check some few things to ensure you're getting the most out of your QuickBooks Online experience.

Since you're already using Chrome, let's make sure that it is updated by going to the Chrome menu > Help > About Google Chrome.

 

Next, let's ensure your operating system is up to date and you meet or exceed the System requirements for QuickBooks Online.

 

Lastly, let's run a Google Speed Test to confirm your internet speed (bandwidth) is not limiting your QuickBooks Online experience. You can read about what the speed test results mean to see if your connection is the problem.
