Please note that you can only print a delivery note after converting your quote into an invoice. Given that process, you can follow these steps to generate a delivery note:

  1. Go to All apps, select Customer Hub, then click Customers & leads.
  2. Click the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
  3. From the Transaction List tab, select the checkbox next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a delivery note.
  4. Select the Batch actions dropdown, then select Print delivery note.
  5. The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print.

On the other hand, please note that QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not create a standalone document type called a "Delivery Note." Instead, the delivery note you generate will automatically be saved to your computer's Downloads folder after the download process is complete.
