Hi there, Chris. Please know that we can't undo deleted transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, we can use the Audit log to retrieve details about your deleted estimates so you can recreate them with the same information.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon, then Audit log.
  2. Set the Date Changed.
  3. Filter the Events to include  Deleted/Voided transactions.

  4. Search for the deleted estimate in the list, and click View under the History column.
  5. Take note of all the relevant details.

After that, you'll want to recreate your estimate to match the original.

When you're ready, you can convert them to an invoice to send to your customer for payment.

To enhance your experience with QuickBooks, our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team is available to help you manage your estimates and invoices.
