where is the print later box?

Are you referring to print later box of the check forms? If so, allow me to lay down the steps with screenshot for you to visualize where the print later box is located.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Expense.
  2. Select the checking account that you created the check from the View/Edit.
  3. From there, you'll see the Print later box under Check no.
  4. Click Save and close to confirm.

Thanks for getting back into this thread, rh55. Let me show you the steps with screenshots for finding the print later box. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales.
  2. Select an invoice transaction, then click Edit from the Action Column.
  3. Find and click the Print or Preview at the bottom of the invoice form.
  4. From there, you can check the Print later box to turn it on.
  5. Click Save and close to confirm.

 

 

However, If you're looking for invoice transactions that you've ticked the print later box, follow these steps to filter the print later:

 

  1. Go to Sales, then All sales.
  2. Click the Delivery method drop-down arrow and change it to Print later.
  3. From there, you'll see all Print later transactions.
