Hello! I am planning to take the QuickBooks Desktop Certification Exam 2020. I opened the first module for 2020 and tried to download the Supplemental Guide. Instead of finding the Guide for 2020, it is the Guide for 2019. I tried other modules and the Guides are for 2019. There is no Guide for the What's New module. I looked for the Guides for 2021 and they are 2019 as well. Again, there is no Guide for the What's New module. How can I get the correct Supplemental Guides?

The re-certification for QuickBooks Desktop was held between April 20 and August 31, 2020. The next certification exam will be in 2021. The exact date isn't set yet. Rest assured, we will keep you posted once any updates regarding this matter are made available.

This is the first time I am taking the exam. It would be very much appreciated if you could answer my question regarding the Supplemental Guides. As a first-timer, is there any information about the exam on this site or do I find out when I open the exam?
