Quickbooks Global Certification Training

Hi I would like to ask I attended the Quickbooks Global Accountant Certification Training last June 13, 2024 It says there that I will receive a Certification Training but I  didn't why is that my name is Rodyard [removed] thank you

Let me share more information about the QuickBooks Global Accountant Certification Training you've attended, @Rmamale81.

 

I recognize the urgency of getting the certificate you've earned. Before we proceed, may I ask if you didn't receive your certificate after taking the exam? Please note that once you've passed the exam, you'll receive an email confirmation at the registered email address. You can follow these steps to check:

 

  1. Go to ProAdvisor.
  2. Select Training.
  3. In the Training History section, select Learn More.
    • Note: You can download past badges and certificates in the same section.
  4. Find the certification you need.
  5. Select the icon in the Certification column.
  6. Select Download certificate.

 

If you mean that you didn't receive any email or can't find the certificate, I suggest contacting the event organizer for follow-up. You can find their email address at the bottom of this webpage: Home-pre: Get Certified: QuickBooks Online International Certification Training.

What I mean is Certificate of Attendance of attending the webminar last June 13 not Certification of Quickbooks Online Accountant do you understand me?

Hello there, Rmamale81. Allow me to clarify things about our certification in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).

 

The certificate of attendance will be issued on the day right after the live seminar through email. Based on your screenshot, the certificate will be given to attendees of sessions 1 & 2. It's possible that you attended a different session, which is why you didn't receive the certificate.

 

If you're certain that you selected the first two sessions, I recommend contacting our Support team so they can investigate this situation further and provide a resolution for you. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBOA account. 
  2. On the upper right corner, Click Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred way to connect. 
  • Chat with us
  • Have us call you
  • Call us
