You can follow the steps I've outlined below to get in touch with our Intuit Developer Team.

1. Go to this link: https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/.
2. Choose your QuickBooks subscription.
   
3. Click Ask a Question.
   
4. Click Sign in and enter your QuickBooks Online credentials.
5. Click Ask a Question again and enter your query.
6. Follow onscreen instructions and wait for their response.
