Cant access customer list

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need to stay on top of your bookkeeping tasks.  It's important that you're able to see the necessary fields when creating your sales forms.  I'll be happy to help!

I recommend clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already.  Proceed to log into your QuickBooks account from a private or incognito browser.  In addition, I suggest other browsers such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge or Safari.
