Cannot Customize Financial Reports

I am  unable to fully customize my financial reports. It only allows me to adjust the report period and rows/columns items-- I need to be able to do YTD and YTD %. Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

Based on your screenshot, it seems like you have the Simple Start plan. Unfortunately, with this plan, there is no "Compare another period" report option. For that, you will need Essentials or higher plans.
