I can help you run a report you can use to view details of cash disbursements, RINANTO.

In accounting, a cash disbursement is a payment made by one party to another. Also called cash payments or disbursements, they can be made by the Bill Payment, Check, and Expense transaction types. This will cover all outgoing cash transactions.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can run the Transaction Detail by Account report and customize it to the info you want to see on the report. Let me show you how to get it:

  1. Go to the Reports menu and choose Custom reports.
  2. In the Custom reports page search for Transaction Detail by Account.
  3. Select the Date period and Group by Account.
  4. Tap Customize.
  5. In the Rows/Columns drop-down arrow, click the Change columns link.
  6. Mark the box next to Transaction TypeDateNumMemo/DescriptionClrSplit, and Amount.
  7. From the Filter drop-down, select Transaction Type.
  8. Mark the box next to CheckBill PaymentPaycheckLiability Payment, and Sales Tax Payment.
  9. Choose the Account, and the Name/Payee.
  10. Press Run report.

You can click the Save customization button to keep the current settings applied to the report. For the detailed instructions, you can check out this link: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.
