Change to data entry

I appreciate you for posting this here in the Community, @montgomeryviolins.

I understand that you want to disable the feature that automatically adds a new line item when clicking on the numbers in the number column in the journal entry. Currently, this option is unavailable. I'd encourage sending feedback to our Product Development Team to help improve your QuickBooks experience.

We're closely monitoring the ideas and suggestions of our customers and consider them when prioritizing feature development. When you're ready, here's how to submit feedback:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Click the Gear icon at the top, then choose Feedback.
3. Enter the feature that you would like us to add in the description box.
4. Select Next to send feedback.

@montgomeryviolins   If it's what I think it is, there is an entirely different thread about it.  So many of us are having the issue, and NO ONE at QB will pay attention to what we are actually saying.  

Mine still isn't fixed!!  And it started after the system maintenance that they did. SUCH a joke!!
