How do I close out an account?

You can close an account by canceling it, Sandra25.

Just follow these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Click Cancel subscription in the QuickBooks section.
5. Click Continue to cancel, then follow the steps.
6. Select Submit and cancel subscription, then click Got it. 

The account admin will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the account.
