Thanks for visiting the Community, @jsheaesq. I want to make sure I'm sharing the right information to meet your goals.

If you're trying to save created sales forms (invoice, sales receipt, estimate) and expense transactions, you can find the Save button at the bottom, or you may want to select other options in the Save and send drop-down list.

If you're unable to find these options on your end, I'd recommend you use an incognito window to isolate the issue. Here's how:

  1. Launch Google Chrome as your main browser.
  2. Press these keys together CTRL+SHIFT+N
  3. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account, then check to see if the Save option is now available.

If it does, that means your experiencing a browser-related problem. Go back to the main browser and clear your browser's cache to quickly fix the issue.

If you keep having the same problem, follow Step 2: Clear Intuit-specific cookies from your browser outlined in this help article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. It helps you learn about how to clear Intuit-specific cookies to refresh web preferences and make your loading time faster.

If you mean something different, can you share a little bit more details of your concern to help me resolve your saving concern effectively?

I'm always here to guide you more. Feel free to visit again. Stay safe.
