How to get Quantity by Lot Number in Advanced Reporting

Good day, alondon. Generating your report that displays the quantity of your item by lot number is my top priority today.

I know how important it is for you to generate a report in Advanced Reporting that sorts the quantity of each item by lot number. While the field is unavailable, you can run the Item Listing report to generate this information. Then, add the Lot Number, Quantity on Hand, and other columns you want to show to narrow down the result. Here's how:

1. Open your QBDT file.
2. Tap on Reports, then select Item Listing from the List menu.
3. Customize and filter the data by clicking on Customize Report.
4. Review the information provided.

From there, you may also click on each lot number to verify the item details.

However, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop, I encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers. 

Here's how to submit feedback: 

1. 1. In your top menu bar, go to Help, Send Feedback Online, then Product Suggestion.
   2. Choose a Type of Feedback and Product Area (optional) from the available drop-down menus.
   3. Enter any suggestions/feedback in your Here is my suggestion: field.
   4. If you'd like, include your name/email in the My name is: (optional) and My e-mail address is: (optional) fields.
   5. Select Send Feedback.
