Hello there, @kzplbg

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Community for support. I'm here to ensure you can return to your previous invoice layout in QuickBooks Online.

If you want to switch back to the old layout of your invoice, I've got some steps here that you can follow:

  1. Go to +New
  2. Select Invoice
  3. At the top right of the form, select Old layout.

But please know that once you've switched to the old/classic experiences on the invoice, we cannot opt back into the new experiences.

Otherwise, if you want to use the old template you used, you can go to the Custom form styles page and switch it back from there. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Custom form styles
  3. Then, find the previous layout you've used.

If you want to make it the default template, go to the drop-down v icon beside Edit, and click Make default

Additionally, you can read this resource to personalize and add specific information to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

For future reference, here's an article you can visit to help you account for your customer's payments: Receive invoice payment.

You can tag me in your reply if you need more help managing your sales transactions and accounts in QBO. It's always my pleasure to back you up. Keep safe, and have a good one.
