Moving categories in my reports

I'm here to assist you in moving the category in the report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Are you trying to merge an expense account, so it'll show one account on your report? If so, you can go to the Chart of Accounts page to merge the accounts.

Please know that merging accounts is permanent and you can't undo this later on. Once done, go back to the banking page again to review transactions.
