Hello there, @LOL678. I'll help you remove the unnecessary details when printing reports in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

One of the possible reasons why the Filters applied on this report appear when printing your reports is that you've selected the Show Filters option.

To remove it each time you publish a report, you'll want to ensure that you've clicked the Hide Filters button before printing it. See the screenshot below for your visual reference:
