Statement writer

Statement writer will not print underlines or total lines after upgrading to Windows 10.   The lines do show when I preview the statement on screen but they do not print to paper. Does anyone have any suggestions?  I have tried adjusting the row height with no luck.  I have also deleted the line and re entered.

Thanks for informing us in advance that you've already tried a couple of troubleshooting, JC75.

We have additional steps to share that can resolve common issues when printing transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.

Let's start by making sure that your QuickBooks is on the latest maintenance release. Follow the steps in this article on how to do it: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

Once done, print a sample statement to check if the lines are already printing out.

If you're still getting the same result, let's use the Print & PDF Repair Tool from the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Then, print a sample statement once again to check if that's already working fine.

Additional options are also provided in these articles:

Thank you for your suggestions.  I did try them with no success.  I did however try printing to another printer and it printed correctly so have determined that I may need to update my print driver.
