Vendor Statement Reports

I have over 1,000 vendors for royalties and I need to run detailed open balance reports, which I do currently.  The question is, how can I only print reports that have a total balance of $50 and greater???

If I put in the amount filter, it will only show "invoices" of $50+ but I need TOTAL DUE of $50+ as there are several invoice on a vendor that are less than $50.

I'm currently printing ALL reports and manually pulling out the under $50 balances.

Thanks for any help.

I see your goal, @smgoodhue. Thank you for raising this here. I understand that showing only the total due of $50+ vendor invoices/bills is beneficial on your end and this has been challenging you quietly. Let me help you customize the report correctly excluding the $50 below vendor transactions.

Aside from the amount and balances in your report customization, include the All accounts payable option. Here's how:

  1. On your report page, click the Customize report.
  2. Select the Filters. In the search field, enter Account.
  3. Tick the Account option. Then, click the Account dropdown icon and look for All Accounts Payable. Choose No for the question "Include split detail?"
  4. After that, click the Amount option. Then, tick the >= with the amount of $50, which means greater than or equal to $50.
  5. Tap OK to show these in the report.

Please come back if you have additional questions about managing your vendor reports. I'll be willing to lend a hand. Have a good one.

Thanks but that method only shows invoices >= to $50.   I need to only print vendor totals that are >= $50.  Like Statement Totals.
